We greatly appreciate your feedback about this trial program which has been critical in developing overall mobile banking and person-to-person payment strategy. While we are bringing the Citi Obopay product offering to a close, we anticipate you will want to continue enjoying the benefits of Obopay’s mobile payment services.
Your Citi Obopay Account As of December 22nd 2009, mobile and website access to your Citi Obopay account will be discontinued. If you are a “Stored Value Account” customer, please make arrangements to transfer any remaining balances to your linked External Account. Of course, any remaining stored value balance you have in your account will be paid out to you.
If your Citi Obopay account is “Mapped” to a Citibank checking/debit account, Citibank will disconnect the service with no change to the standard services you have always enjoyed with your Citibank account.
Enrolling in Obopay We appreciate your relationship and we offer you a simple way to enroll directly for an account with Obopay directly. By getting an Obopay account you will be able to continue transacting with your friends and family. Simply go to www.obopay.com and register for an account that gives you virtually all the convenience and benefits you enjoy today.
